CHEF FUKATA’S SPECIAL CREATIONS AT UMU

This whole month of July, prepare for an exclusive Japanese experience as Chef Fukata works up some magic in the Umu kitchen to translate these Japanese traits we all love into his all-original creations! Order any of the Chef’s specialties and take part in this delectable Japanese enlightenment! Pay close attention to the meticulously prepared and artistically presented dishes. Your palate would not be left unsatisfied as the dishes surpass any discerning taste bud’s standards for a truly delectable meal.

Special dishes include: Saba bousushi (marinated mackerel with sushi, rice and sesame seed using special seaweed) priced at Php 1,500 net, Lapu-lapu kuwayaki (lapu-lapu kuwayaki with butter soy sauce lemon flavor) priced at Php 1,000 net and Soya milk shabu-shabu (thinly sliced rib eye, bean curd, vegetables and vermicelli cooked in traditional Japanese pot with shabu-shabu and soya milk as the base) priced at Php 2,500 net.
